A Florida native, Captain Wayne's entire life has been surrounded by water from growing up on the Tampa Bay to manufacturing vessels, selling vessels both new and brokerage, tournament fishing, as well as former owner operator of a charter fishing company.

Captain Wayne experience in the marine industry started in 1996 involved with many manufacturing companies including Chris Craft Boats, Wellcraft Marine, Intrepid Power Boats, and Manta Catamarans.

In 2004 Captain Wayne moved from the manufacturing end of the business to the sales side; selling new Chris Crafts, Dorals, Four Winns, and Everglades in Fort Lauderdale; 2 years of new boat sales evolved into the brokerage business, listing and selling both power and sail, as well as new. His experience in all facets of the marine industry will come with great value working for you, either selling or pursuing your next vessel.

In 2009, after my retirement as an executive in the medical laboratory business I moved to Florida and am currently living in the Sarasota area. My lifelong love of boats inspired me to get my Florida Yacht and Ship Sales Associate License and start a new career as a yacht sales person. Shortly after receiving my license I started a Marine Brokerage business with two other partners in Palmetto, FL. Our company, All Captains Yacht Sales, has been in business since Oct. 2015 with an office at Regatta Point Marina. In June of 2017 I received my Yacht and Ship Brokers License. Currently, we represent buyers and sellers all over the globe. My career moved me to various cities in the US allowing me to experience boating in many different bodies of water; Lake Michigan, Galveston Bay, both Florida Coasts, Chesapeake Bay and Cape Cod. This vast boating experience is extremely helpful in assisting with buyers and sellers all over the United States. My prior business experience in management, sales and customer service allows me to assist buyers and sellers to achieve arguably the happiest day of their life-either by purchasing or selling a boat.
